The GREASEMETER is a device for measuring the thickness of a deposit on a surface (grease, dust, industrial waste).The meter should form part of the basic equipment of any technician, in order to determine the need for cleaning, or to check the result of an intervention.

There are regulations that set an acceptable level of grease (<50 microns) and a threshold level (>200 microns) at which the entire system has to be cleaned.
